We meet on Tuesday (leaving for a warm-up run at 6:45pm sharp) and Thursday nights (7pm sharp) at Knight's Grange Sports Complex, Grange Lane, Winsford (CW7 2PT if you're on Sat Nav). New members are always welcome - just contact us for more info if you're not sure!

Sunday runs, usually about 90 minutes, start at 8am from various places locally - check the Home Page for details of the next one (usually updated by Friday each week).

There is usually an alternative steady run of about an hour as an option instead of the advertised session (click on the links below to find the schedules).

In the "winter" months (September until the end of April), we meet at Rudheath Sports Centre (CW9 7DT) on Tuesday evenings at 6:45pm - the Thursday session is still from Knight's Grange.
