| July 2010 | Tessa McCormick | For a superb 3rd place at the Forest Park 5K, this month's Athlete of the Month is TESSA McCORMICK! |
| June 2010 | Stu Doyle | A late announcement this month - and a tough one to call! For his excellent form over the shorter distances since his spring marathon, this month's Athlete of the Month is STU DOYLE! |
| May 2010 | Steve Caldwell | For terrific personal bests at both 5K and 10K - with his first sub-40 minute run at the Manchester 10k - this month's Athlete of the Month is STEVE CALDWELL! Well done Steve! |
| April 2010 | Colin Rathbone & Maggie Fenn | April always sees some great marathon performances and this years was no exception with some impressive debuts and PBs. However, there were two outstanding perfomances that got everyone talking! This month's Athlete of the month award goes to both MAGGIE FENN for her fantastic run at the Bungay Marathon and to COLIN RATHBONE for his unbelievable performance at London. Well done both of you! |
| March 2010 | Mel Johnson | Some strong contenders this month from the club's ladies with impressive performances over 10k for both Nik Archer and Helen Smith. However, one performance stands out this month: Her superb PB in the Wilmslow Half Marathon earns the Athlete of the Month award for MEL JOHNSON! |
| February 2010 | Tony Archer | A tricky decision this month as there have been some incredible performances including Andy Gibbs' gold medal at the Northern Vets XC, Stevie Stockton winning a senior medal for Vale Royal at the National XC, and medals galore at the County XC Champs - but in recognition of his superb run at the Cheshire Championships, the Athlete of the Month is TONY ARCHER!!!! |
| January 2010 | Kate Spilsbury | For a a terrific run at the Northern Cross-Country on the tough course in Blackburn this month's Athlete of the Month is KATE SPILSBURY |
| December 09 | Nicky Archer | For a hugely impressive, if rather lonely, time-trial in the Las Vegas Marathon, this month's Athlete of the Month is NIC ARCHER! A top 10 UK performance in 2009! |
| November 09 | Andy Gibbs | Well no surprises here....this month's Athlete of the Month for his awesome performance at the Master's International is ANDY GIBBS! |
| October 09 | Jo Molyneaux | For her terrific performance and massive improvement at the Sandstone Trail Race, Octobers Athlete of the month is JO MOLYNEAUX! |
| September 09 | Stu Doyle | For his superb victory at the Sandbach 10k and for his superb runs in the Cheshire GP, this month's Athlete of the month is STU DOYLE!. |
| August 09 | Darren Cottier | Racing at 5K, 10k, 10 miles as well as on the fells, it is for shear tenacity that this month's Athlete of the Month is DARREN COTTIER. |

| January 09 | Dave Gough | An excellent run in the North Wales League at Wrexham showed Goffy was back to form! |
| December 08 | Bernie Jones | For being unbeaten as a 50 year old! 1st MV50 at the Round the Walls Race & somewhere in Wales. |
| November 08 | John Davies & Helen Smith | John: For an excellent run at the Cheddleton 10k. Helen: For her first ever race victory! |

SLOW TART AWARD

| September 09 | Dave Haines | Slow Tart of the month goes to Dave Haines for spending 3 hours deciding whether his prospective new shoes match his running kit! |
| August 09 | John Todd | For quitting the session at Springbank when the rain started and then running home without getting his car, this month's Slow Tart is JOHN TODD! |
| July 09 | Dave Topping | For taking his own route hen he was meant to be escorting Le Joggers out of Northwich, this month's Slow Tart is DAVE TOPPING! |
| June 09 | Dave Haines | For his long deliberation about whether his increasingly long hair looked better inside or outside his sunglasses while getting ready to run at the Welsh Castles, this months Slow Tart is DAVE HAINES! |
| May 09 | Mark Thornley | So close...... for his riverbank fall and for his surprised expression as the leaf he grabbed failed to hold his weight as he slid towards the river, this month's Slow Tart is Mark Thornley! |
| April 09 | Tom Annable | For putting his back out laying his little garden path with the tiniest of paving slabs, this month's SLOW TART (and useless bloke award!) goes to TOM ANNABLE! Fix! |
| March 09 | Pauline Davies | She may be good over 20 miles but she still has problems staying on her feet! For a spectacular fall at the British Masters XC, this month's slow tart is the slightly less remarkable PAULINE DAVIES! |
| February 09 | Paul Clutterbuck | For his PB performance in running to the start line at the Alsager 5! |
| January 09 | Mike Harrington | For carrying on plodding! Police Mike kept going straight when he should have turned the second corner on the Big Gadbrook circuit and ended up at the traffic lights! |
