Vale Royal AC - Senior Section

I thought i'd start a thread for the deserved congratulations & thanks to all the runners and supporters at this years marathon.  

I learnt something very important this weekend.........I won't underestimate how tiring it is supporting everyone ever again!    I was more knackered than when i ran it!    Mike W and i couldn't keep pace with Carole as she raced around the streets of London to the next viewpoint.

I was proud to be a part of the team!
