Mr M Crompton, small shopkeeper, wishes to make it known that he is not dead and has not emigrated! Only working very hard. He also wishes to state that his appalling time at the High Legh 10K was down to the course being much longer and hillier than last year. Or at least it seems like that if you haven't trained for a month!
