Vale Royal AC Runners

Well I'll keep trying to get some use out of this forum.............

Thanks to all those who turned out for Vale Royal yesterday and thanks to Colin and Carole for the providing the food at the pub afterwards (and apologies to the Antrobus Arms for the amount of mud i left on the floor!) 

hmmm not sure I'll thank anyone after that mud!! On a serious note it was a great afternoon and a fitting tribute to our #1 XC runner. Following on from the early sucess with the Men's team this year (Cheshire champs and Helsby) lets continue with this great team spirit and hopefully the women will jump on the back of the mens sucess and follow suit throughout the year. Cheers for the food, beer and company Col and Carole it was a great finish to afternoon
