Vale Royal AC - Senior Section

After receiving my number for this year Wincle trout race i realised that this years race is back to the route that starts near the trout farm (the race has three different routes!). Next year's is the hardest of all three; this years on paper should be the easiest.

However, this year’s course is congested over the first couple of hundred metres. So much so that your race could be over within the first five minutes. Condemned to standing in a long line to ascend the first climb, which is only wide enough for one by one.

With this in mind i wondered whether anyone would be interested in running the route prior to the race. Sooner rather than later.
