Good luck to the team in the North Staffs last race this weekend. Team VRACers unite!!!

Afterwards, I hope you all have a great time at the Adult Xmas Party. Sorry I can't be there this time.

For anyone else running in the XC races proudly wearing the Vale Royal AC shirt - Good luck - we are One CLub, Vale Royal AC. A proud family of runners and athletes.

And to those competing in the indoor competitions - thank you and good luck - Team Vale Royal AC - the one and only club for Cheshire.

If you are a jogger like me, enjoy yourself, take it steady, look for that extra second that tells you that you are winning.

For those of you not used to seeing your chairman out in running gear well keep your eyes peeled this evening as I am taking my first double digit run since damaging both my back and left achilles....

A clue to my location is the fact that I am dropping off the 12 and 14 year old children ....

If you are suffering from injuries please share it - let's help you get back on the running road to fitness.

It is fantastic to see so many of you competing together in the leagues and racing efforts in different parts of the country. Please encourage every member to get involved. Vale Royal AC is our passion.

A special mention to Stu Doyle is in order.

Stu has been selected to run for England Vets. For someone who is trying to keep out of the spotlight Stu you are doing a marvellous job at single-handedly making a name for yourself and our Club. You are a special type of sportsman and one who should be proud with everything that you do and achieve. You are a true ambassador of the One Club, Vale Royal AC! Good luck at the weekend Stu from me and all our members!
